– Noticeable improvement in immune strength — fewer colds, faster wound healing.
-Viral load may begin to drop modestly, depending on the individual’s condition and whether ART is being used alongside.
– CD4 count may show mild to moderate improvement.
3 Months and Beyond: – For Hepatitis B, some people have seen their HBV DNA levels drop significantly.
– Liver function improves more consistently.
– For HIV patients, when taken alongside ART, this protocol can support very low viral load or even undetectable status in some cases (based on anecdotal reports, not yet confirmed by clinical trials).
– The person feels stronger, clearer-minded, more energetic, with improved quality of life.
– From month 3 -4 HIV/AIDS is expected to completely cleared in some cases it will take upto 5 months to be completely free.

🕰️ Important Notes:
1. Consistency is key. Herbs need to be taken daily for the compounds to build up and work.
2. Diet and lifestyle matter. Clean eating, water intake, sleep, and avoiding alcohol enhance results.
3. Everyone responds differently, depending on how advanced the disease is, current medications, and body constitution.
4. Always monitor with lab tests every 1-2 months if possible to track viral load and liver health.
1. Refined Sugar & Sugary Foods
Sugar feeds viruses and weakens the immune system. It increases inflammation and slows healing.
Avoid soft drinks, pastries, candies, sweetened juices, and processed snacks.
2. Alcohol
Alcohol is very toxic to the liver, especially for people with Hepatitis B or HIV. It also interferes with herbal and ARV effectiveness.
Even small amounts should be avoided completely.
3. Fried & Processed Foods
These contain trans fats and chemicals that burden the liver.
Reduce or avoid fried meat, sausages, instant noodles, fast food, etc.
4. Excess Salt & Seasoning Cubes
Too much salt or seasoning cubes like Maggi or Knorr can lead to water retention and increase blood pressure. This puts extra stress on the kidneys and liver.
5. Dairy Products (in excess)
For some people, milk, cheese, or yogurt can increase mucus and slow digestion. If tolerated, they can be taken in moderation—but not daily.
6. Smoking (Cigarettes or Weed) Smoking lowers immune function and increases the risk of infections, TB, and cancers.
It also interferes with oxygen flow and weakens the liver.
7. Overuse of Painkillers (e.g., Paracetamol, Ibuprofen)
These drugs are processed in the liver and can cause liver damage when used too often.
8. ✔️ Meat is not forbidden, but must be lean, clean, and limited.
❌ Avoid processed, fatty, or excess meat.
